When you manually or electronically submit to us your UPIDAA Membership Application form, we collect the following information from you:

- UP Course
- Full Name
- Nickname

- Year Graduated
- Phone Number
The collected information is utilized solely for documentation and application processing purposes within the UPIDAA and is not shared with or disclosed to any outside parties. This information enables us to process membership applications, address any complaints and forward them to appropriate internal units for action and response, and update related parties or complainants with advisories in a legitimate format and through an organized process.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely in order for website administrators to recognize and approve any comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue. The personal information of members is stored by the UPIDAA in its online database and is retained for the duration of their membership with.
